Dr. Ignatius Onwusa Ossai Lectures in the Department of Entrepreneurship, Delta State University of Science and Technology, Ozoro. He earned a B.Sc. in Management,(RSUST, Port Harcourt), Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management (IMSU, Owerri) and a Doctorate Degree (PhD) in Business Administration( Organizational Behavior) in Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, Port Harcourt and a PGDE in University of Port Harcourt. Dr. Ignatius is a Fellow, Professional Entrepreneurship and Strategic Administration(FIPESA), Member, The Academy of Management of Nigeria(MAMN), Chartered institute of personnel management (MCIPM), Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Human Resources and Strategic Management (FCIHRSM), Member of the editorial board, CIHRSM, Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Fellow, Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC), Fellow, Institute of Professional Managers & Administrators (FIPMA), Associate Member, Institute of Chartered Mediators & Conciliators (AICMC). He is a Faculty member, Institute of Entrepreneurship, a board Member, directorate of Gender & Development Studies and the Coordinator, Centre for Entrepreneurship Education & Development in Southern Delta University, Ozoro. He is happily married and blessed with lovely children
